Ottley values the agency network and thus all Agency Finance transactions have an approved agent involved.
There is no minimum or maximum trade limit with Ottley. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis and in consultation with your Agency partner.

As the management fee is calculated daily, the overall exposure and management fee will reduce accordingly.
No. Ottley only takes security over the individual animal. Once the animal is sold, Ottley has lost its security position and the original purchase price + the management fee MUST be paid out in full.

Ottley will obtain an Agency Agreement for any Agency finance transaction and a Master Livestock Services Agreement.
Ottley will take security over the livestock and register that security interest on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR).
Ottley will obtain third party access to the properties Property Identification Code (PIC).
Ottley will monitor all livestock financed on the NLIS database.
Ottley owns the livestock. They are purchased on behalf of the producer and when the livestock are sold, Ottley will generate an invoice for the original purchase price + the management fee.
